Nail casting is popular and frequently used in many nail art styles. It implies using foil to create metallic patterns or an impression of liquid stones. The colored foil can mimic various metal alloys or simply transmit holographic or chrome-plated shine. Working with foil is fairly simple, apply color gel-polish or gel with a sticky layer on the nail, cure the colored coat in UV or LED light during the specified time, then put the foil matte side down on the sticky layer, smooth it out and tear the foil off from the surface of the nail with a sharp and quick gesture. Cure the ready-made patterns in UV or LED lamps for another 30-60 seconds, then cover the nails with a top layer.
